I'm King, and this is my story
I am a life-long athlete and experienced trainer who was introduced to sports and fitness as a child and played several sports including basketball, football, and track. Although sports were always a part of my life, it wasn’t until my early adulthood that I decided to take it to another level. In 2004, my love of sports and fitness led me to bodybuilding and weightlifting. Naturally, I began to study nutrition so I could maintain my new physique and stay in the best shape. I have been training for over 20 years I have competed in bodybuilding over 10 and won 5 bodybuilding shows and now I'm hear to help build your physique.
